McGaw, a marketing, analytics, and growth consulting company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow. We help businesses achieve massive growth through conversion-centered design, improved websites, data-driven insights, digital marketing campaigns, and growth hacking. McGaw’s core client base is B2B companies that sell digital products or software.
This is a high-impact role that works closely with the executive team and some of the the fastest growing companies in tech. You will be working in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment where deadlines and time management are a must. We know how to have fun – you can even play ping pong or air hockey on your break – but we take our work very seriously. Our office is located near downtown Orlando, a few minutes from the Amway Center.
Responsibilities:
- Building outbound prospecting lists based on our customer personas
- Utilize email, phone, and social networks to establish contact with prospects
- Daily outbound warm and cold calling
- Convert interested inbound prospects into sales qualified leads
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of McGaw’s services and their value
- Schedule and present to potential clients
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly metrics
- Work most days from our Orlando HQ
Desired Experience & Skills:
- 1 to 2 years of outbound prospecting experience (software sales or IT services a plus)
- BA/BS from accredited university or equivalent experience
- Desire to develop a career in technology sales
- Prefer having a portion of your compensation dependent on your performance
- Team player
- Highly coachable
- Ambitious
- Quick learner that can adapt to an ever-changing startup environment
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)
- Positive and energetic personality
