Free consultations are usually sales pitches with some generic advice. The Growth Systems Assessment is a structured diagnostic with a concrete written deliverable—a 10-15 page executive report you can share with your leadership team.
That’s common—and part of what we help diagnose. We’ll work with whatever you have available. Directional answers and estimates are fine. The point is to understand your current state and identify where the gaps are, not to audit perfect data.
About 2 weeks from booking to completion. After your 60-minute diagnostic call, we will develop your assessment and deliver it to you in a follow up review approximately a week later.
We aim to provide a report and recommendations that make it clear on what priorities you can move forward with now, and action items you are able to leverage internally. You have complete flexibility. You can implement the recommendations internally with your own team, engage McGaw to help execute, or do nothing at all. The report is yours to use however serves you best.
